These Terms govern your use of Nudeation. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by them. Please read carefully — this is an adults-only platform with strict rules about what may be generated and uploaded.
Nudeation ("we", "us", "our") operates a reseller platform that provides access to third-party AI video generation technology. Users upload still images and receive AI-generated video output. The service is credit-based: credits are purchased in advance and consumed per generation.
We do not train the underlying models and we do not host the generated content indefinitely. We are an access and payment layer that connects you to an upstream AI generation provider.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account or use any part of the service. The service contains and produces adult sexual content and is strictly off-limits to minors.
By using Nudeation you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement, that you are legally permitted to view adult content where you live, and that you are using the service in a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. One person, one account. Sharing an account or reselling credits to third parties is not permitted.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for how you use the output. You agree not to use Nudeation to:

You retain ownership of the images you upload. By uploading, you grant Nudeation a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to transmit, process, and generate output from those images solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Uploaded source images are automatically deleted within 24 hours of the generation completing. Generated outputs are retained for up to 48 hours so you can download them, then deleted from our systems.
You represent that you have the right to upload any image you provide and that doing so does not violate anyone else's rights.
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund:
Nudeation is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no uptime guarantees and offer no formal SLA. The upstream AI provider may experience outages, rate limits, or quality variation that affect generation. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nudeation is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the value of your unused credits at the time the claim arose.
You use the service at your own risk and are responsible for how you use the output.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or any applicable law. For serious violations — in particular anything involving minors or non-consensual real persons — termination is immediate, credits are forfeited, and we may report you to law enforcement.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Unused credits may be refunded at our discretion in cash-equivalent crypto.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated by email or by notice on the site. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our operating entity is established. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
