Nudeation is a tool. These rules are about who may use it and what it may be used for. They apply to every account and every generation, with no exceptions. Breaking them has real consequences — up to and including law-enforcement referral.
You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority in your country, whichever is higher — to create an account or use the service in any way. The platform contains and produces explicit sexual content. If you are under 18, leave the site now.
By using Nudeation you confirm that you meet the age requirement and that it is legal for you to view adult content where you are.
The following uses are banned without exception. Attempting any of them will result in immediate termination, credit forfeiture, and, where applicable, reports to law enforcement:
Any content that sexualises minors — real, fictional, drawn, de-aged, or AI-generated — is strictly forbidden. We use automated and manual review to detect this. Accounts caught attempting it are banned permanently, their payment and connection data is preserved, and we report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement in the relevant jurisdiction.
Do not upload images of real people in order to generate sexual content of them without their explicit, verifiable consent. This covers "revenge porn", ex-partner material, co-worker material, classmate material, and anything else in that category. Any depiction of a real, identifiable person in a sexual way without consent is banned.
Content designed to threaten, harass, intimidate, extort, or expose identifying information about any person is prohibited. This includes generations intended to be used in those ways off-platform.
Even where the use is not strictly sexual harassment, you may not generate content that depicts a real, identifiable individual — public figure or private person — without their verifiable consent. Deepfakes of real people are not what this service is for.
Sexual content involving animals is prohibited.
Anything else illegal under the laws of your jurisdiction or ours — including incitement, trafficking, or similar — is prohibited.
Nudeation is built for consenting adult creative work. The following are allowed:
If you cannot clearly answer "do I have the right to use this image for AI generation?" with yes, do not upload it.
When we detect or receive a credible report of a policy violation, we may:
We do not negotiate on CSAM. There is no appeal and no refund.
If you encounter content on Nudeation that violates this policy — especially CSAM or non-consensual content — report it immediately to abuse@nudeation.com. Include the URL or generation ID and a short description. Reports are read daily and acted on quickly. You can report anonymously.

Even where no specific rule is broken, Nudeation reserves the right to refuse service, decline a generation, or close an account at our discretion. This is especially the case for patterns of behaviour that suggest the service is being tested, probed, or used in ways that approach the lines drawn above.
