DMCA & Content Removal

Last updated: October 2026

If content on Nudeation infringes your copyright, or if it depicts you without your consent, you can request that we remove it. We respond quickly and we take takedowns seriously.

1. When to send a takedown

Send a takedown notice if either of the following is true:

You do not need to be a lawyer to send a notice. We care more about identifying the content and understanding your claim than about perfect legal phrasing.

2. What to include in your notice

So that we can act on your request, please include all of the following:

  1. Your full legal name and a reliable way to contact you (email at a minimum).
  2. The specific URL, generation ID, or clear description of the content you want removed. The more exact, the faster we can act.
  3. A clear statement of your claim: either (a) that you own the copyright and the use was not authorised, or (b) that the content depicts you and you did not consent.
  4. A statement, made in good faith, that the information in your notice is accurate.
  5. An electronic signature (your typed full name counts).

If you are a copyright holder reporting an infringement, please also include a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

3. Where to send it

Email your notice to dmca@nudeation.com. Please use that address only for takedown notices — other kinds of enquiries will be slower.

4. Our response time

We aim to review and action valid notices within 48 hours. For claims involving non-consensual depiction of a real person, we act faster — typically same-day — and content is taken down pending investigation rather than after it.

5. Counter-notice process

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. Email dmca@nudeation.com with:

  1. Your full name and contact details.
  2. Identification of the removed content and its original location.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where our operating entity is established.
  5. Your electronic signature.

If we accept a counter-notice we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the content after a reasonable waiting period, unless the complainant files legal action.

6. Repeat infringer policy

Nudeation terminates the accounts of users who are, in our reasonable judgement, repeat infringers of copyright or repeat uploaders of non-consensual content. Repeat infringement means multiple validated complaints against the same account. Terminated accounts forfeit any remaining credits.

7. Fraudulent claims

Filing a knowingly false takedown — for example, claiming ownership of content you do not own, or claiming to be depicted in content you are not — is itself prosecutable in most jurisdictions and may expose you to civil liability. We may share false notices with the affected uploader and with law enforcement where appropriate.

8. Non-consensual intimate imagery — special note

Reports that content depicts a real, identifiable person in a sexual way without their consent are our highest priority. In those cases we take the content down first and investigate second. If this applies to you, you do not need to assemble a full DMCA notice — a short email to dmca@nudeation.com with the content identifier and your statement that you did not consent is enough to trigger immediate removal.
